NATIONAL CONFEENCE ON THE JUDICIAL DEVELEOPMENT OF THE UNDERLYING LAW

  on

  "ADMINISTRATIVE LAW"

The National Judiciary and the Constitutional Law Reform Commission (CLRC) are co-hosting the third annual national conference on the development of the underlying law. The conference will  be held on 27th and 28th November 2017, at the Gateway Hotel, Port Moresby.

Future conferences on judicial development of the underlying law will be run along law subjects or topics that are arranged in alphabetical order. This conference which is the first of the topic-based conferences will be conducted on "Administrative Law".

By this notice, the Secretariat of the PNG Centre for Judicial Excellence (PngCJE) is calling for expression of interest from interested members of the public who are sufficiently grounded in the knowledge and practice of administrative law, from both the public and private sector, to present a paper on any of the topics apperaing in the draft program attached below.
